A WALK

We walk many times in a day, but always to
reach somewhere. We are never interested walking without the reason of reaching
somewhere. Many of you will think that why we need to walk, if we don’t have to
go somewhere. Some others will think that I’m talking about walking for keeping
yourself healthy.
But you ever thought that sometimes
walking can help you in dealing with your problems. Now you will be thinking,
how this is possible? If some will think that I’m mad, I’ll not be surprised.
But think for once that some times when you feeling you are so confused and
it’s really hard for you to understand that what you should do, then taking a
walk alone will provide you some time to spend with yourself and by talking to
yourself you’ll be able to understand the root cause of the confusion which you
are facing. Not only in situation of confusion but some time when you are
feeling upset you could take a walk alone or with a friend or if you like to be
with number of people then you could even just walk with a group of your
friends. Sometimes when you are feeling it hard to take a decision you can walk
with any of your elder, like with you parents. Not only in situation of problem
or confusion but sometimes you can walk alone just to know yourself more clearly
or to discover something about you. Even some times just walking and observing
your surrounding instead of being busy on internet or social media can provide
you some relaxation and you will feel energetic or you can walk along any of elder
just listening their experiences.
It’s
not about just a walk but it’s about giving yourself some time, to your
surrounding or to those who are so important in your life. We should give some
time of a day to walk this can prove to be a motivation agent for us.
